HOLIDAY STYLE | vacanze al mare

Ad Agosto sono sicura che la maggior parte di voi sarà sdraiata come una lucertolina sulla spiaggia a godersi i raggi del sole, le acque cristalline di qualche baia e notti scatenate di feste, discoteche, nuove e vecchie amicizie, amori incrollabili o appena nati sotto le stelle.

Ecco ci quindi con l'ultima puntata della serie di posts "Holiday Style" (se vi siete perse le precedenti, cliccate qui!). Tutta dedicata, come avrete intuito, alle vacanze in una località bagnata dal mare!

Per quest'estate il mio consiglio è quello di giocare con due stili, uno classico e l'altro trendy. 

Il primo sono le righe d'ispirazione nautica, bianco e blu i colori principali e capi d'abbigliamento che richiamano la vita di barca: mocassini, superga, shorts di jeans, felpe e maglioni bianchi. 

E se non ve la sentite di indossare gli shorts, un pantalone lungo di lino leggerissimo, sarà la scelta migliore. Per la sera, aggiungete un blazer in cotone felpato o un gilet e dei dettagli dorati. Sembrerete appena scese da un lussuoso panfilo!

Il secondo è il "color blocking". L'abbiamo sentito nominare ovunque, quale migliore occasione se non una località di villeggiatura, per osare con i colori? E' estate, siete in vacanza per divertirvi e rilassarvi, è il momento di dare libero sfogo alla creatività. Shorts coloratissimi, canottiere, t-shirt, vestitini e mini-dress, gonnelline sgargianti. Basta veramente poco per creare combinazioni sempre diverse, così che avrete una valigia leggerissima. E per la sera, basta cambiare le infradito con i tacchi, il borsone in paglia da spiaggia con una pochette ed aggiungere dei bijoux. Ecco qualche idea:

Infine non dimenticatevi che c'è sempre lo shopping! Se viaggerete nel mediterreano, le isolette greche e dell'egeo in generale, offrono camicette ricamate, borse in pelle lavorate ed gioielli in argento.  Non aspettate di tornare a casa per fare soggio dei vostri acquisti, oppure indossate quelli acquistati nei viaggi passati.

Gli immancabili:

Un prendisole: che sia un caftano, una camicia dal taglio maschile oversize, una maglia tricot o un vestitino, nella vostra valigia non deve mancare il prendisole, per coprirvi nel tragitto dal vostro alloggio alla spiaggia, rendendovi decorosamente presentabili nei bar e negozi e per evitare che veniate multate! (assurdo, ma in alcuni Comuni sono previste sanzioni se si va in giro mezzi svestiti).

Cappello, occhiali da sole, pareo e borsa da spiaggia: cappello e borsa preferibilmente in paglia, se ne trovano di tutti i tipi e prezzi. Il cappello vi protegge e dona un'allure raffinata anche se solo in costume e pareo. Quest'ultimo, può essere usato anche come asciugamano ma può anche trasformarsi in mille modi diversi in un vestito (qui ne potete leggere almeno 7).

Protezione solare, manicure e pedicure colorata, make-up brioso: divertitevi con i colori anche con il make-up, così da rendere interessante il vostro look anche se indossate un abitino nero. L'importante è non esagerare con il mix di colori e rischiare di sembrare un clown.

In August I'm sure most of you will be lying like a lizard on the beach enjoying the sunshine, the crystal clear waters of a bay.
Here it is the latest episode of the post series "Holiday Style" (If you missed the previous ones, click here!). All dedicated, as you may have guessed, to the holidays by the sea!This summer, my advice is to play with two styles, a classic and more trendy one.The first are the nautically-inspired stripes: white and blue are primary colors and clothes that recall alife on the boat: moccasins, Superga, shorts, jeans, and sweatshirts.And if you are not comfortable enough with wearing shorts, a lightweight long trousers in linen will be the best choice. For the evening, add a blazer or cotton vest and gold details.
The second style is the trendy "color blocking". We heard of it everywhere, what better occasion than a vacation, to dare with the colors?  Colorful shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, dresses and mini-dress, gaudy skirts. It takes very little to create new combinations. And for the evening, just change the flip-flops with heels, a straw beach bag with a clutch and add jewelry.
Finally do not forget that there's always the chance to shopping! If you travel in the Mediterranean, the greek islands and the Aegean in general, offer embroidered blouses, leather bags and silver jewelry . Do not wait to get home to wear your purchases, or wear those purchased in previous trips.

 

Do not miss to pack:A cover-up : it can either be a caftan, an oversize shirt with a masculine cut, an open-weave sweater  or a dress, to be covered on the way to the beach and top at bars and shops.Hat, sunglasses, shorts and a beach bag (preferably in straw). The hat protects you and gives you a refined allure even if only in a swinsuit and a sarong. The latter can also be used as a towel, it can also turn into a thousand different ways (you can read here at least 7 ways).Sunscreen, colorful manicures and pedicures  lively make-up: have fun with colors even with make-up, in order to make your look attractive even if you wear a little black dress. It is important not to overdo it with the mix of colors and risking to resemble a clown.
