Here is the second post of the series "Holiday Style"! Style tips for your holiday, if you missed the first, full of ideas for airport style, read it here.
Today some ideas for those who decided to spend their holidays in a city, such as London, Paris, Barcelona or New York.
Walking for hours in the sun and in the heat, visit churches and places of worship, you should be able to quickly change for a fancy evening at a restaurant or in a local: these are all aspects to be taken into account.
Neutral colors and comfy, lightweight items, which do not stick to the skin with the heat and does not accentuate the action of the sun (i.e. black). Better to choose pants, to be free to move, so you can jump from one bus to another or take a picnic at the park. But also bring with you some dresses, especially if you're planning an afternoon of shopping!
The t-shirts will be your best allies, they do not wrinkle in a suitcase, can be washed quickly when you need it and are soft but most of all comfortable.
Choosing the right t-shirt, paired with a mini and you're even ready for an elegant evening, as in the look in the picture.
Although a little black dress is a passpartout that you should bring along.
To embellish the simple t-shirt just a few pieces of jewelry, flashy and colorful. You will be elegant even with the most casual of the outfits.

Finally, some ideas to get the chance to wear piece of clothing that you wouldn't choose on a daily basis. The long dress paired with a jacket and sandals is a perfect ensemble for visiting the city in a cooler climate. A jumpsuit is a great choice too, it also take up little space in your suitcase.

Some tips.

If you're planning to visit some places of worship, remember that in many cases, you may not want to too much skin exposed (i.e. Cropped tank top and shorts).

Keep into account of your itinerary and choose an appropriate look.

Do not forget your hat! It protects you from sun and heat and hides your hair if you're having a bad hair day.

Also bring along a scarf / shawl to protect you from the air conditioning if you visit a museum.

Shoes should be comfortable such as sandals for the day and ballet flats for the evening.
