Lo scorso 2 settembre sono stata ospite delle profumerie Douglas per una serata all'Opera.
E quale cornice più bella se non quella del palcoscenico lirico più famoso del mondo?
L'Arena di Verona è incastonata nella splendida piazza Brà, un salotto all'aperto affacciato sulla storia. Una serata di prime volte: non ero infatti mai stata a Verona e nemmeno all'Opera.
E si sono rivelate entrambe molto piacevoli. Compagne d'avventura Loretta di The Glam Side of Life (foto 1), Valeria di Accidiosa V (foto 1), Arianna Chieli di FashionBlaBla.it, Chiara Dal Ben di GirlPower, Veronique di Veronique Tres Jolie e Pandora di 5fittingrooms (foto 2).
A renderci ancora più belle, due postazioni make-up di Guerlain.
"La bohème" del compositore toscano Giacomo Puccini è relativamente breve e vivace.
La storia d'amore tra Rodolfo e Mimì infatti è un pretesto per raccontare la vita dei giovani intellettuali ed artisti che popolavano nell'Ottocento il quartiere latino di Parigi in cerca del Genio e della fama.
Poveri, vivevano d'arte e d'espedienti. Puccini in questa Opera quasi li sbeffeggia un po', inserendo scene comiche e con la morte di Mimì, vuole richiamarli alla realtà, quasi volendo dire loro che la vita è ben altro che poesie, arte e il gozzovigliare.
L'allestimento e la scenografia sono stati magnifici, specialmente le scene corali, durante le quali il palcoscenico era invaso da almeno un centinaio di figuranti: ballerine, mangiatori di fuoco, lattaie in bicicletta, spazzini, bambini ...

On 2nd September I was a guest of the
Douglas perfumeries chain for an evening at the Opera.
And what more beautiful setting than that of the world's most famous opera stage?
The Arena of Verona is set in the splendid Piazza Bra, an square overlooking the story.
An evening of the first times. I had never been in fact to Verona and neither to the Opera.
Both were fantastic.
"La Boheme" of the composer Giacomo Puccini is relatively short and lively. The love story of Rodolfo and Mimì in fact is an excuse to tell the lives of young intellectuals and artists who lived in the nineteenth century in the Latin Quarter of Paris in search of fame and genius. Poor, living by their wits and art. This Opera almost taunts them, by inserting comic scenes and the death of Mimi, wants to call them back to reality, almost wanting to tell them that life is much more than poetry, art and partying. The staging and scenery were magnificent, especially the choral scenes, during which the stage was invaded by at least one hundred listed in: dancers, fire eaters, milkmaids bike, street sweepers, children ...
